How MIDISTASH Works

  • Who creates the MIDI files on MIDISTASH?

    All MIDI files are created and uploaded by handpicked professional creators who are paid by us to ensure high-quality, original, and inspiring content.

  • How do I get access to MIDI files?

    To download a MIDI file, you first add it to your library. Each addition costs 1 credit. Once it's in your library, you can download it anytime.

  • How do I get credits?

    Credits are available through our monthly or yearly subscription plans. You can view all available options on the pricing page.

  • Can I change or cancel my plan?

    Yes! To manage your subscription, just click on your profile in the top right corner. In the menu that appears, click "Manage Plan". This will take you to the billing portal, where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

  • Are the MIDI files royalty-free?

    Yes! Every MIDI on MIDISTASH is completely royalty-free. You're free to use them in your music projects without needing to credit the creator or worry about licensing.

Playing MIDI Files Online

  • How do I preview a MIDI file before adding it to my library?

    All MIDI files on MIDISTASH can be previewed directly in your browser. Just click on the play button to listen before adding it to your library.

  • The MIDI playback isn't working. What should I do?

    Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. MIDISTASH works best with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If the issue persists, contact support for help.

Troubleshooting

  • I can't add a MIDI to my library.

    Make sure you're logged in and have available credits. You can see your current credit balance on the top right of the page under your username.

  • My download is slow or interrupted.

    Download speeds may vary depending on your internet connection. If you experience repeated interruptions, try pausing and resuming the download, or switch to a more stable connection.
